Contact Manager is an add-on Web Site enhancement that enables viewers of the Web Site to register with the Owner, providing their email address and any other information the Web Site owner needs in order to establish a mailing list of clients or potential clients.
Contact Manager can be installed on any Web Site world-wide by inserting one line of code on the Web Site's "Home Page" - Contact Manager does not impact, affect or add content to the Web Site and does not affect the Web Site's hosting in any way.
Contact Manager is called from and accessed on our Server(s) from anywhere world-wide. All Contact Manager activities including emailing your registered users take place on our server - no additional resources needed on your side!
Contact Manager comprises five distinct parts:
- What the person viewing the Web Site viewer sees - this is a "pop up" that is activated when the web site is viewed.
- Defining on-line via an easy-to-use Web page what you want to appear on the "pop up" and what colour scheme to use.
- Collecting, viewing, managing the email addresses and related information and selecting which registered users to email.
- Composing emails and storing them on our system for future use.
- Sending the emails.
